• Select the product type and choose your size
• Upload/attach your image or design of your choice
• Add the product to cart
• If you are unsure which design to upload → you can browse from our Image Gallery and simply select an available artwork and add it to cart instead

• Fit: Regular fit with a versatile unisex design to suit everyone
• Print Quality: High-definition, fade-resistant prints using sustainable, eco-friendly ink
• Style Tip: Pair it with a denim jacket, jeans and boots for a streamlined look

• Washing: Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent
• Drying: Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean
• Ironing: Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on decoration
• Bleaching: Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential

Customized Product Policy

All customized products are printed based on the customer’s provided artwork, text, or personalization preferences.

Due to the nature of customization, returns and refunds are not accepted for personalized items.

Returns will only be considered under the below conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• There is a printing error that does not match the approved design.
• You received the wrong product or size compared to what was ordered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of:

• The specific damaged or defective area
• The complete product
• The original packaging

Once verified by our team, we will provide one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement product at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method

Returns are only accepted if the product received is defective (wrong print, damage, stains, cuts, etc.). This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof, and the return will only be processed after the defect reason is verified and confirmed.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
• Must provide valid proof of purchase

No Returns/Refunds

Not applicable for non-defective customized products or Super Saver Packs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing them, provided the production process hasn’t begun. Once the order is in print, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please email us on hello@lucidic.in for changes

Important Notes

• Respectful Communication – Abusive language may lead to service termination
• Customer Errors – Incorrect size/color choices are eligible for exchange within policy limits
• Rejected Deliveries – ₹150 will be deducted from refunds for rejected deliveries
